Qualifications

• 5+ years managing project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and tracking logs.
• 3+ years of experience tracking materials, maintaining project logs, and processing invoices.
• Experience reading structural and civil drawings.
• 2+ Experience in Self Perform Concrete Construction.

Responsibilities

• Support financial tracking and project administration.
• Coordinate materials and documentation between field and office teams.
• Maintain logs, RFIs/submittals, and change orders to support project execution.
