Job summary

You will coordinate and manage projects from initiation through closeout, including planning, scheduling, cost and budget management, risk management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple project teams and external consultants/vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with government agencies, owners, contractors, consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project plans.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities between owner, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Conduct meetings and maintain minutes, action-item logs, decision logs, and records.
• Monitor progress and provide status reports and management updates.
• Identify issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control activities.
• Review changes, claims, and cost or schedule impacts.
• Coordinate design and construction activities for assigned projects.
• Review deliverables, submittals, RFIs, and project correspondence.
• Support construction administration and field coordination as needed.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction managers.
