Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Analyze operating agreements, financial statements and other investment documents.
• Forecast tax credit delivery, fees, and equity contributions.
• Monitor risk and perform quarterly portfolio reviews.
• Prepare underwriting packages for complex investments and present to leadership.
• Coordinate with partners and internal departments to ensure compliance and funding.
