Job summary

Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division seeks an Engineering Services Manager based at the Syracuse, NY facility, with approximately 25% travel and relocation assistance. You will lead a talented engineering services team, delivering complete engineered project solutions and application expertise to accelerate execution.

The role reports to the VP of Engineering and oversees the Engineered to Order and Technical Solutions teams, driving growth and ensuring high employee

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
Minimum eight years in engineering/operations/project management in manufacturing.
Minimum four years leading global teams.
Minimum two years of commercial/customer interfacing experience.
Sponsorship for immigration not provided.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with VP of Engineering to develop and implement a technical service strategy.
Prioritize escalations and drive revenue growth and profitability.
Set annual stretch targets for revenue, margin, and service levels.
Monitor team metrics and implement corrective actions.
Drive process improvements for engineering services teams.
Manage customer-facing tools and workflows.
