Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join the Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions division in Syracuse, NY. The role centers on developing Engineered-to-Order solutions and leading complex projects from concept through manufacturing release.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, CAD proficiency, and at least five years of manufacturing-facing experience. Travel and relocation are not required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, interfacing with a manufacturing environment.
Experience with product design, engineering documentation, and CAD tools.
No relocation benefit is being offered. Within 50-mile radius of Syracuse, NY; military candidates exempt from geographic area.
Eaton will not sponsor immigration for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT classifications.

Responsibilities

Develop custom Engineered-to-Order solutions for industrial and harsh-duty market applications.
