Applied Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator for the Activation Services team in Chicago. This hybrid role requires 3 days in-office per week (Tuesdays to Thursdays) at our Chicago office, with the remainder of time remote.

You will help gather requirements, track deliverables, manage budgets, and keep stakeholders informed as projects progress. You should have a Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset and

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain documentation, and support budget tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to develop project management expertise and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Support project planning and execution by helping gather requirements, track deliverables, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and distribute project status updates while maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and files.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of progress, changes, and next steps.
• Document customer interactions, project milestones, completed tasks, and action items with attention to detail.
• Partner with an experienced Project Manager to learn project management best practices and support successful client outcomes.
