PND Engineers seeks a Project Coordinator to support engineering teams by coordinating project information, tracking deliverables, and maintaining documentation from planning through delivery. The role offers chances to expand into scheduling, controls, and CAD support as experience grows.

The ideal candidate enjoys technical collaboration, thrives under multi-priority demand, and communicates clearly with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; related technical disciplines considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Copilot.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the flow of project information among principals, designers, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Support project delivery by coordinating engineering deliverables and maintaining project records.
• Provide document control using project standards to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Track deliverables, action items, and deadlines to keep projects on schedule.
• Prepare and track vendor submittals, RFIs, and material requisitions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project, Primavera P6, and other tools.
• Support quality processes through reviews and revision tracking.
