Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Cupertino, CA, recruiting for a Project Coordinator III on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end program management for Apple Retail initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving on-time results with solid stakeholder communication.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project/program management, excels in problem-solving, relationship-building across global teams, and can manage multiple programs with strong time

Qualifications

• 5 years of Project/Program Management experience or equivalent in PMO, Cross Functional Production, or Marketing and Merchandising functions
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects, priorities, and people concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills with ability to run meetings and align partners
• Proven experience building and managing relationships cross-functionally across large, global organizations, including interaction with senior leadership
• Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery end-to-end — establish and manage the Plan of Record, drive initiatives from due diligence through completion and lessons learned, and ensure systems are in place for flawless execution across all key moments in Apple Stores
• Lead cross-functional program teams; manage timeline, budget, deliverables, dependencies, risk mitigation, status reporting, leadership communications, pan-Apple alignment, and approvals
• Translate ambiguity into actionable plans — creatively problem-solve, weigh implications, track milestones, propose changes, build contingency plans
• Build and sustain relationships with corporate partners, field teams, and vendors globally for aligned readiness and最佳 customer experience
• Drive continuous improvements to PM processes with cross-functional teams
• Operate with high agency — drive problem-solving end-to-end with minimal oversight
• Create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and Leadership
• Manage multiple programs concurrently with strong organization and attention to detail
