Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Cupertino, CA hybrid role to drive organizational change and cross-team collaboration.

You will collect and synthesize information, build and maintain project plans, and prepare presentations for leadership while supporting multiple programs. The role emphasizes change management, Agile/Waterfall methods, and Excel-based data analysis; a Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience gathering, consolidating, and documenting information and processes.
• Demonstrated experience building project plans and tracking them to completion.
• Demonstrated experience creating presentations for stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with change management programs or frameworks.
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational change management programs, including stakeholder communications, readiness tracking, and adoption.
• Collect, consolidate, and synthesize information from multiple teams into clear, usable outputs.
• Create and maintain project plans, and track milestones, dependencies, and risks to completion.
• Document current and future-state processes.
• Build presentations and status updates for program teams and leadership.
• Provide project management support to other programs across the organization as priorities shift.
• Support software planning activities as needed, including data collection and analysis.
