Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Project Coordinator / Engineering Support Specialist to provide administrative and engineering support for a transmission engineering organization. You will coordinate milestones, manage design package submissions through review workflows, organize documentation, and report on project status to keep initiatives on schedule.

This is a two-year plus consultant role with high probability of extension, hybrid work with 2-3 onsite days weekly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of admin/project support for engineering or other technical fields.
• 3 years of storing, organizing large numbers of files using Windows or similar document management tools.
• 2 years of experience using SharePoint to edit and maintain sites.
• Working knowledge of automated data systems.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project milestones throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain and organize engineering documentation and records.
• Manage design package submissions through review and approval workflows.
• Support communication between project teams and external engineering firms.
• Provide accurate reporting and administrative support to keep projects on schedule.
