AZAD Technology Partners is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Transmission Project Portfolio Management organization in Vancouver, WA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related technical discipline preferred.
• 1 year of experience required with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years of experience required with a Bachelor's degree not in applicable fields.
• 5 years of experience required without a degree.
• Experience in project coordination/control including process development and execution.
• Proficiency with scheduling programs (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Monday.com, Smartsheet, GanttPRO).
• Proficiency with SharePoint or similar data storage/analysis tools.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote).

Responsibilities

• Support the Transmission Project Portfolio Management organization across the full lifecycle of capital projects.
• Assist facility managers and project managers on Substation, Telecommunication, Transmission Lines, and Facility projects.
• Utilize scheduling software to plan, execute, and monitor project work.
