Job summary

AZAD Technology Partners in Vancouver, WA seeks a Project Coordinator to support Transmission Engineering-Internal Operations, coordinating with teams and stakeholders for project tasks and demand/capacity planning.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, excellent communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Project/Web App, PowerBI, SharePoint, and Office tools. Hybrid work with some onsite presence is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience with Bachelor's degree; 7 years with an Associate; 9 years without a degree.
• Progressively more technical experience in engineering operations and data systems.
• Working knowledge of resource management, materials and equipment inventory and control.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project and Project Web App.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to read and interpret PowerBI reports.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License or RealID required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team members and stakeholder groups for project-level task support.
• Assist in demand and capacity planning within Resource and Work Planning.
• Provide support to Transmission Engineering-Internal Operations and related groups.
• Hybrid role based in Vancouver, WA with onsite 6 days per month.
