AZAD Technology Partners seeks a Project Manager to provide expert project management support and assist the Transmission Field Services' Business Transformation Office in defining, developing, and implementing strategic goals and business improvement initiatives. This is a 2 year plus consultant position with high probability of long term employment.

The role is hybrid based in Vancouver, Washington with onsite 1 day per week, and the pay rate ranges from $50.16 to $74.09 per hour depending on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development or Engineering.
• With applicable bachelor's degree, 10 years of experience required.
• With a bachelor's degree not in applicable field, 12 years of experience required.
• Without a bachelor's degree, 14 years of experience required.
• Experience in project management following PM principles and process development.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert project management support to Federal staff and assist in defining, developing, and implementing strategic goals and business improvements.
• Lead projects and manage teams, reviews, and decision-making sessions to support organization-wide improvements.
• Influence stakeholders across business units to align project vision, goals, requirements and results.
• Organize and communicate detailed information to executive, technical and non-technical audiences.
