Job summary

• BA degree in Business, Technical degree or related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.
• Excellence in customer service with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of contact center systems and customer service tools.
• Proven track record of contributing to team success and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Delivery Coordination- proactive communication with key project stakeholders, defining customer scheduling needs and setting expectations upon product and services supply.
• Project Governance- monitor and track all open orders ensuring supply commitments are upheld for customer project milestones.
• Delivery Execution- ensure all scheduled deliveries complete to service level and project on site needs.
• Customer Service- support all customer inquiries related to each assigned project. Interface with Secure Power network of support organizations to close the loop upon customer needs.
