Job summary

The role requires a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office. You will engage stakeholders and drive project success across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven project leadership/management experience.
• Knowledge of contract documents and ability to interpret specifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication in fast-paced environments.
• Strong self-management and multi-tasking abilities; excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor small to medium projects ($10-50k budgets) from initiation to delivery, on schedule and within budget.
• Upfront project review, customer contact, site readiness, forecasting, and interface with engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, invoicing and closeout.
• Collaborate with customer and internal resources to ensure effective deployment of solutions.
• Manage a high volume of projects through their lifecycle.
• Coordinate priorities, scope, resources and timing of deliverables with stakeholders.
• Maintain ongoing communication with project members and key stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects aligned with plans.
• Ensure projects comply with corporate and customer plans.
