Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Project Manager to coordinate customer-facing technical projects from initiation through delivery. The role involves planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring high customer satisfaction with 25% travel to sites.

You will work with customers, contractors, and internal teams to drive efficient deployment of solutions and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. A bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 2+ years in PM are required, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant project management work experience.
• Technical understanding of SCADA solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Office and Visio.
• Ability to manage project financials and forecast revenue.
• Strong teamwork in fast-paced environments.
• Interpersonal skills to interact with diverse customers, contractors and sales staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate project priorities, scope, resources, and timing with stakeholders and customers.
• Assist management with evaluating and developing project plans and design alternatives.
• Monitor deliverables and progress through regular communication with project members and stakeholders.
• Identify potential problems and mitigate risks.
• Prepare reports on project progress and issues.
• Ensure projects are completed in line with corporate and customer plans.
