• Track progress, dependencies, risks, mitigation actions.
• Prepare status reports and governance documentation.
• Support change management and project governance.
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions and actions.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and collaborate.
• Represent PMO in planning and delivery discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
