Jacobs is seeking a Project Controls Professional to support multiple projects across the West Central Region, partnering with Project Managers to provide financial visibility, forecasts, and cost control. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting buildings and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Support project pricing, setup, and contract compliance.
• Develop and maintain project forecasts, estimates at completion (EACs), work plans, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, labor hours, and financial performance.
• Support monthly project reviews with Project Managers and leadership.
• Review, process, and track subconsultant invoices.
• Analyze expenditures and initiate cost corrections when needed.
• Consolidate project performance data and provide reporting and analysis.
• Perform cost and schedule risk analysis and recommend contingency usage.
• Identify financial risks and collaborate with project teams on mitigation and recovery plans.
• Ensure change management processes are properly implemented and documented.
• Prepare cost analyses, financial evaluations, and project reports.
