Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group in Cary, North Carolina seeks a driven Project Controls professional to support our Program Management Team. You will forecast, measure progress, report on performance, and manage subcontractor performance across complex projects.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining progress frameworks, validating data, and integrating cost, schedule, and quantity data to support executive decisions. Hybrid opportunities may exist.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in construction progress measurement, earned value, or project controls.
• Experience in quantity-based progress measurement and reporting.
• Knowledge of EVM principles and performance measurement methods.
• Ability to develop and maintain WBS structures and progress frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide forecasting, progress measurement, reporting and subcontractor performance management.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and report construction progress data to support performance forecasting.
• Lead or support teams to implement quantity-based earned value and progress measurement.
