Job summary

Flintco in Austin, TX is seeking a Scheduling Manager within Construction Support Services to lead project schedules across multiple teams. The role offers a hybrid in-office/remote schedule with up to 30% travel, and can be based in Austin or other Flintco offices.

You will develop, maintain and analyze schedules using P6, SmartPM, Touchplan and Procore; perform critical path analyses; and train teams. Preferred to have BS or professional license and at least 5 years of related experience in

Qualifications

BS or professional license or certification in applicable field (CCP, PSP, PMI-SP, CM‑Lean, LCI‑CPC, ASHE CHC or CHFM, trade license, etc.).
Minimum 5 years related experience and/or training, including management of multiple projects.
Experience with P6 scheduling software and construction planning processes.

Responsibilities

Prepares, builds, and updates project schedules collaboratively with the project team.
Performs schedule reviews and communicates review comments to the project team.
Develops baseline and ongoing schedules and supports scheduling process across projects.
Uses P6 and other tools (SmartPM, Touchplan, Procore) for reporting and analytics.
Trains and provides technical support to Flintco offices on scheduling practices.
