Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and billing processes.
• Experience with MS Office and Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing of assigned projects and ensure contract terms for billing rates and schedules.
• Process basic to intermediate project billings.
• Collaborate with Project Accountants and Project Controls.
• Answer PM questions regarding billing criteria and drafts.
• Generate and audit draft invoices and credit memos for PM review.
• Support invoicing-related analysis as assigned.
• Assist with client and internal audit activities.
• Support continuous improvement and change management related to billing processes.
• Serve PMs, project controls, finance managers as primary internal clients.
