Qualifications

• Typically 2+ years related accounting experience.
• Ability to perform basic level accounting duties.
• Familiar with revenue recognition and invoicing.
• Experience with project budgeting/forecasting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generates, audits and distributes draft invoices and/or credit memos for review.
• Obtains appropriate approvals and distributes accordingly.
• May generate tax calculations to ensure accuracy.
• May research past due invoices.
• May support project related financial analysis with requested information.
• May review revenue recognition on project income statements for accuracy.
