Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years in operational cost accounting.
• Experience in commercial construction, telecom or related industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of construction accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of construction software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage project cost control systems.
• Interpret contractual and commercial terms.
• Deliver accurate cost reporting and insights to leadership.
• Coordinate invoicing documentation and certifications.
• Prepare and submit reports and progress billings.
• Validate third-party invoices and reconcile billing with client systems.
• Monitor equipment usage, subcontractors, and compliance.
• Support project managers with change orders, payroll coordination, and month-end entries.
