Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in operational cost accounting within construction or related industries.
• Experience with subcontractor payments, AR/AP, and payroll processing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (JD Edwards or similar).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and subcontractor payments.
• Support month-end close and cost reporting.
• Coordinate invoicing and certified statements.
• Track equipment usage and rental agreements.
• Assist project managers with change orders and payroll coordination.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and financial controls.
