Qualifications

• 1–2 years of cost accounting experience in operations
• Experience in commercial/construction sectors preferred
• Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar ERP preferred
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Understanding of equipment utilization and profitability analysis
• Understanding of construction accounting principles

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and subcontractor payments
• Oversee payroll processing and equipment time tracking
• Process accounts payable and support month-end close
• Prepare invoicing documents and holdback releases
• Prepare LEM reports and cost reporting for leadership
• Validate third-party invoices and reconcile billing with client systems
• Monitor equipment usage and subcontractor compliance
• Assist project managers with change orders and journal entries
