Qualifications

• 1 year recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop/expand the relationship between secondary districts and Lackawanna College.
• Improve matriculation by serving as a liaison between secondary and postsecondary institutions regarding academic expectations and preparation.
• Develop/formalize articulation agreements between secondary districts and Lackawanna College to implement a seamless program of study.
• Work with area schools on career awareness and disseminate occupational information relative to high-skill, high-wage and high-demand occupations.
• Maintain complete and accurate records of school and student contacts, employer contacts, interviews, and placement of vocational students.
• Attend job fairs and school career fairs.
• Maintain professional memberships. Attend and present at professional development workshops.
