Job summary

Pennsylvania Highlands Community College in Johnstown, PA seeks a Dual Enrollment Student Liaison to coordinate ACE and dual enrollment initiatives. You will partner with high schools, families, and districts to communicate credits, SOAR, and program articulation.

The role supports recruitment, onboarding, advising, and pathway planning, working with Academic Affairs and Admissions to ensure compliant, high‑quality student experiences across partner schools.

Qualifications

• Experience in secondary or higher education preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with educational partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn college‑specific software.

Responsibilities

• Create communication plans for families, students, and school districts.
• Support ACE recruitment, enrollment, and onboarding events.
• Develop advising strategies for students at different credit thresholds.
• Create pathway roadmaps per partnering district.
• Provide career and educational exploration opportunities to high school students.
• Conduct information sessions and outreach events for students, families/supporters, and high school staff.
• Coordinate with Career and Technology Centers (CTCs) about SOAR and articulation agreements.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs to ensure articulation agreements and compliance.
