Delve Deeper, a performance media agency, seeks a Programmatic Client Partner to guide clients through licensed products, driving adoption and value realization. You will work with brand and agency clients, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Based in Louisville, CO, this hybrid role requires commuting to the office Tue–Thu, with Mon and Fri remote. You will mentor teammates and shape solutions across DV360, SA360, CM360, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing responsibilities including weekly calls and dashboards.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English.
• Ability to translate complex ad tech into practical solutions.
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients on platform architecture, feature adoption, and performance optimization.
• Manage client revenue and onboarding including license setup and go-live.
• Diagnose blockers and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and vendor support.
• Develop implementation playbooks and training sessions for client enablement.
• Monitor platform updates and communicate opportunities to stakeholders.
• Mentor interns and junior specialists on platform concepts and best practices.
