You will collaborate across operations, finance, HR, and project teams, producing concise summaries and polished presentations for leadership while helping track timelines and deliverables in a hybrid US-based environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of progressive organization change management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data or process details into clear, concise summaries for leadership.
• Experience preparing polished presentations, executive-ready briefs, or structured process documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience coordinating activities across diverse teams and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
• Advanced proficiency in organizing information using collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, Miro).

Responsibilities

• Data & Reporting: Collect and organize operational data from various teams or systems. Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools. Run routine reports to monitor performance metrics (KPIs).
• Process Support: Document workflows, procedures, and process changes. Identify small inefficiencies and propose simple fixes. Ensure teams follow established processes.
• Analysis: Perform basic data analysis to spot trends, issues, or opportunities. Help prepare insights for senior analysts or leadership. Support root cause analysis when problems occur.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Work with peers in operations, finance, Marketing, HR, and project teams to gather information or follow up on tasks.
• Systems & Tools: Learn and support the use of operations tools (CRM, ERP, scheduling tools, Workday reports). Troubleshoot basic data or system issues.
• Administrative & Project Support: Track timelines, deliverables, and documentation. Schedule and deconflict meetings. Prepare presentations, process maps, or workflow diagrams.
