General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Program Analyst to support program management, operations oversight, personnel administration, travel coordination, and SIPR-related activities in a DoD environment.

The role requires a Secret clearance with TS eligibility, a Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years of relevant experience. Hybrid work in Springfield, VA is expected with some on-site time and travel as needed.

Formación

• Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain TS eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant professional experience; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense programs, projects, or contracts.
• Familiarity with government travel processes, travel authorizations, travel vouchers, and travel actual reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of program management processes, reporting requirements, and operational support functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams.
• Experience developing reports, executive briefings, dashboards, and status presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with government customers, leadership, and technical personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Program Manager in the day-to-day execution of program operations and contract deliverables.
• Serve as a key coordinator for program activities, reporting requirements, personnel actions, and operational initiatives.
• Coordinate and support Integrated Program Reviews (IPRs) and other program management reviews.
• Develop and maintain customer-facing presentations, executive briefings, status reports, and program documentation.
• Prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and monitor completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain and update program SOPs, trackers, schedules, and knowledge management repositories.
• Support quality assurance efforts for contract deliverables and program documentation.
• Coordinate activities across technical teams and government stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately tracked and reported.
