Job summary

Snow Companies, LLC is seeking a Health Educator to handle patient education calls on the educational support line, which operates evenings and weekends. This remote role requires compassionate communication, organization, and the ability to manage data while safeguarding patient privacy in HIPAA-regulated environments.

You will follow scripts, collaborate with team leads, and contribute to ongoing training. Fluency in Spanish is a plus; up to 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in call center operations or patient communication preferred.
• Medical background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Listen to callers on the educational support line.
• Follow scripts, FAQs, and resource documents.
• Understand and apply patient privacy laws (HIPAA).
• Maintain disease knowledge and sensitivity.
• Collaborate with other departments and report call totals.
• Participate in ongoing training and monitoring.
• Communicate professionally with managers, clients, and the public.
• Spanish language is a plus.
