Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of life science, supply chain, or logistics work experience.
• 3+ years of project/program management experience.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic).
• Nice to have FDA/EU regulatory knowledge and GxP software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-value software implementations in Life Science.
• Transform customer data into information using analytics and Cold Chain expertise, communicating actions clearly to customers.
• Oversee content and delivery of customer reports and communications per standards.
• Contribute to technical documentation, reports/dashboards, and sales support materials; manage implementations with customers.
• Drive change and apply new solutions in business situations.
• Interface with cross-functional teams including DMS/Reporting Services, Support Services, SWE, Sales, and PMs.
