Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC, a Boston-based product development and engineering consultancy, seeks a full-time hybrid Project Manager to lead complex client-facing programs across robotics, automation, and life sciences.

You will drive projects from kickoff through delivery, coordinating timelines, budgets, and cross-functional engineering teams while engaging closely with clients and technical staff to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years on product development engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
• Strong client-facing and cross-functional communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar project management platforms.
