Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high value software implementations in Life Science vertical.
• Apply analytics to transform customer data; communicate issues and actions.
• Manage content and delivery for customer reports and communications.
• Develop technical documentation, reports/dashboards, and sales support materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DMS/Reporting, SWE, Sales, and Project/Program managers.
• Interact with Sensitech's global Professional Services team and customers.
• Maintain frequent contact with internal and external customers.
