Job summary

You bring 3+ years in life science or logistics, strong program management and customer-facing experience, and excellent communication skills. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in life science, supply chain, or logistics work experience.
• 3+ years in project or program management with customer exposure.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic).

Responsibilities

• Manage complex software implementations for life science customers.
• Communicate issues and actions clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Develop technical documentation, reports, dashboards and sales support materials.
