Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Program Manager to act as a strategic partner and Chief of Staff to executive leadership, driving alignment, execution, and operational excellence for protein sequencing technologies.

Responsibilities include translating strategic priorities into actionable programs, supporting portfolio management, and facilitating executive decision-making across R&D, operations, quality, and regulatory functions. Up to 100% travel with flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
• 15+ years in program or portfolio management within biotech, diagnostics, or medical devices.
• Experience leading enterprise-level programs in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and stage-gate models.
• Proficiency with project management tools and executive reporting.
• PMP certification and MBA highly desirable.
