Job summary

Eaton Corporation's ARS division seeks a Program Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead delivery of strategic product initiatives in a hybrid Fayetteville, NC role. The position requires coordinating cross‑functional IPTs and owning program execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.

Relocation assistance is available, and candidates may reside in the Raleigh metro area while maintaining an onsite presence in Fayetteville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years leading or supporting NPI programs using stage‑gate processes.
• 3+ years in PMO, Engineering, Manufacturing, OPEX/CI, Supply Chain, or Quality.
• PMP certification (or the ability to obtain within 1 year of hire).
• Relocation assistance available.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional IPTs to deliver NPI programs from concept through launch.
• Own program execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk.
• Drive alignment to VOC and manage scope changes and tradeoffs.
• RAA for program delivery, including P&L ownership.
• Partner across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure readiness for launch.
