Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field OR four years of equivalent experience.
• Experience in project coordination, data analysis, reporting, and planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative leadership to ensure effective operation of grant-funded healthcare programs.
• Assists in daily clinic operations and drives process improvements to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
• Provides leadership to staff to meet department needs and coordinates office activities.
• Collaborates with Management team for strategic planning, development and implementation of clinic programs.
