Job summary

Bravura, Inc. seeks a Program Manager (PM) to lead education and training efforts at Ft. Knox, KY with up to 50% remote work.

The candidate should have 6–8 years of education and training experience with a BA/BS or 6+ years with an MA/MS, plus experience managing large government projects and Army education programs. Responsibilities include planning, execution, deliverable quality, training personnel, coordinating meetings, and delivering status updates.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of education and training experience with BA/BS or minimum 6 years with MA/MS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education Services, Business Administration/Management, Workforce Development, or related field; or MA with 6+ years in training/administration/project management
• Experience with Army education programs or government logistics preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent English

Responsibilities

• Performance of work, task order compliance, and quality control
• Planning and execution of all contract activities
• Ensure personnel meet government qualification standards and receive necessary training
• Review deliverables prior to submission; aim for at most one late or one rejection per month; 95% deliverables per PWS
• Suggest improvements to processes and document changes in Monthly Status Report
• Provide plans for government-ordered priorities within 24 hours of notification
• Attend meetings/conference/briefings and provide input as required
• Prepare meeting minutes within five business days; include date, attendees, items, decisions, actions and owners
• Schedule IPM meetings; coordinate with COR for dates; develop IPP briefing slides with >=95% accuracy
• Provide Administrative Updates and Operational Updates; report risks/issues, status, testing results, turnover, events
• Brief Customer on lessons learned and upcoming highlights
• Ensure staff use updated SOPs and regulatory guidance; avoid outdated information
• Interface with Army staff agencies and related government bodies
