Job summary

Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Manager to support the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) in Fort Knox, KY.

This role will perform the Program Manager's tasks in their absence and requires on-site support at a minimum of 50% of the time. Responsibilities include ensuring personnel meet government qualification standards and reviewing all deliverables prior to submission

This critical role will be responsible for the performance of the Program Manager's tasks in their absence and requires on-site support at minimum of 50% of the time.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure that all personnel assigned to a task meet government qualification standards and receive necessary training.


• Review all deliverables prior to their submission for acceptance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Possess experience in managing large-scale government projects and be familiar with government policies and procedures.


• Have knowledge of military personnel automation systems and be able to work in a digital environment.


• Possess analytical and time management skills and be an independent thinker.


• Proficiency in MS Office is required.


• Six to eight years of experience in education and training.


• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration/Management, Workforce Development or related field from an accredited college and three to five years of

experience in education and training; OR a Master's degree from an accredited college and a minimum of four years of experience in training and administration and project management in the \"customer related\" service field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior military experience or experience with the Army military education programs (e.g., ArmyIgnitED, credentialing, Joint Services Transcript (JST), Army Personnel Testing (APT), and familiarity with government logistic procedures.
