Job summary

Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Program Manager to support the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) in Fort Knox, KY.

This role requires on-site support at a minimum of 50% of the time and will perform the Program Manager's tasks in their absence. Responsibilities include ensuring personnel meet qualification standards, receiving necessary training, and reviewing all deliverables

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale government projects and familiarity with government policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and ability to work in digital environments.
• Strong analytical and time management skills with independent thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Six to eight years of experience in education and training; degree requirements specified.

• Six to eight years of experience in education and training.


• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration/Management, Workforce Development or related field from an accredited college and three to five years of

experience in education and training; OR a Master's degree from an accredited college and a minimum of four years of experience in training and administration and project management in the \"customer related\" service field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior military experience or experience with the Army military education programs (e.g., ArmyIgnitED, credentialing, Joint Services Transcript (JST), Army Personnel Testing (APT), and familiarity with government logistic procedures.
