Job summary

Connexus Hub, Inc. seeks a program manager to lead a Fort Knox-based contract for the Army Continuing Education Division.

You will oversee a dozen staff across five program areas, manage deliverables to the Government, and coordinate with the contracting officer representative on site. The role requires a bachelor's or master’s in a related field, 6–8 years of education and training experience, and the ability to obtain security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education services, business administration or management plus 6–8 years of related experience.
• Master's degree plus at least 6 years in training/admin/project management is acceptable.
• Experience with large government projects and policy procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all contract work and maintain 100% performance standards.
• Supervise the team across office operations, ArmyIgnitED, testing and transcripts.
• Review every deliverable before submission to the Government.
• Lead monthly In-Process Reviews with the COR and publish minutes.
• Own the quality control plan and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate hiring, training, and background checks for staff.
• Adapt plans within 24 hours to shifting government priorities.
• Collaborate with HRC, T2COM, and other Army agencies.
