Job summary

Patriot Enterprises, LLC is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support the Army Continuing Education Division (ACED) at the Adjutant General Directorate (TAGD), U.S. Army Human Resources Command (HRC) in Fort Knox, KY.

This critical role will be responsible for the performance of the work, task order compliance, and quality control, and will require on-site support at a minimum of 50% of the time. Responsibilities include ensuring that all personnel assigned to a task meet government

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale government projects and familiarity with government policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and ability to work in a digital environment.
• Strong analytical and time management skills; independent thinker.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Six to eight years of experience in education and training.
• Bachelor's degree in Education Services or Business Administration/Management, Workforce Development or related field; or Master's plus six years experience in training and administration and customer service project management.
• Ability to understand military rank structures, personnel classification testing, and military acronyms.
• Able to analyze, research, and interpret Army regulations and policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all personnel assigned to a task meet government qualification standards and receive necessary training.
• Review all deliverables prior to their submission for acceptance.
