Job summary

Bravura, Inc. seeks an Alternate Program Manager to oversee contract operations at Ft. Knox, KY, with up to 50% remote work allowance.

The role requires 3–5 years in education and training or 4+ years in training, administration, and project management, plus a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field. Preferred candidates will have experience with large government projects and familiarity with Army education programs like ArmyIgnitED, JST, and related procedures.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in education, business administration/management, workforce development or related field and 3–5 years of education/training experience, or a Master’s with 4+ years in training and project management.
• Experience managing large-scale government projects and familiarity with government policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of military personnel automation systems and ability to work in a digital environment.
• Strong analytical, time management and independent thinking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office is required.
• Must be a self-starter with solid analytical thinking.
• Prior military experience or Army education program familiarity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• In absence of the PM, act with full authority on contract for daily operations.
• Ensure performance of work, task order compliance, and quality control.
• Plan and execute all activities related to the contract.
• Verify personnel meet government qualification standards and receive training.
• Review deliverables for accuracy; limit delays and rejections to maintain 95% conformance per PWS.
• Suggest process improvements and document changes in MSR.
• Provide prioritized plans within 24 hours of government notice.
• Attend and contribute to meetings, briefings, and communications with the customer.
