Qualifications

3+ years client service and strategy experience.
Strong data analysis and ability to translate data into insights.
Experience with Shareholder Data Services is a plus.
Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

Create, track and communicate shareholder engagement strategy to clients.
Partner with service, production and call center to ensure engagement strategy is followed throughout campaigns.
Oversee client communication schedule to ensure all deliverables are met.
Attend client meetings and industry conferences to develop relationships and foster trust.
Identify opportunities to offer additional products/services to existing clients.
Participate in the sales process where required, including possible local travel.
Serve as sponsor and proxy for the ultimate customer, focusing on customer requirements and experience.
