Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team with strong follow-up and project execution.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to program managers.
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and provide invoice backup when required.
• Monitor billing status and unbilled issues and coordinate with Contracts, Accounting and PMO.
• Oversee preparation of subcontractor and vendor accruals in line with GAAP/IFRS.
• Support monthly business rhythms of program and finance organizations and participate in reviews.
• Administer formal aspects of program control per accounting principles and policies.
