Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our fast-paced team. You will handle full lifecycle program finances, including cost, schedule, and funding planning, budgeting, and reporting.

The role emphasizes MS Excel proficiency, financial systems knowledge, and collaboration across contracts, accounting, PMO, and operations. A hybrid schedule out of San Diego, CA is noted with possible telework for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of general and corporate business practices and contract regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers.
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and prepare invoice backups as needed.
• Monitor billing status and resolve unbilled issues with Contracts, Accounting and PMO.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor accruals in line with GAAP/IFRS.
• Assist with monthly business rhythms and program reviews.
