Everforth ECS seeks a Senior Financial Portfolio/Program Analyst to support financial management across multiple government programs, based in Arlington, VA with a hybrid work model. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, program finance, budget analysis, or financial management.
• Experience supporting federal government programs, contracts, or customers.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced program environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, analysis, and execution support across assigned programs and projects.
• Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, spend plans, and financial reports.
• Monitor funding, expenditures, commitments, obligations, and financial performance against established budgets.
• Perform variance analysis and identify financial trends, risks, and potential funding shortfalls.
• Develop financial projections and provide recommendations to program leadership to support informed decision‑making.
• Track program financial milestones, deliverables, and funding requirements.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports, briefings, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations.
• Reconcile financial data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Support lifecycle budget planning and financial execution activities.
• Coordinate with program managers, contracting, finance, and other stakeholders to resolve financial or funding issues.
• Support contract financial management activities, including labor, ODCs, subcontractor costs, and funding utilization.
• Assist with invoice reviews, burn‑rate analysis, and Estimate at Completion (EAC) development.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, processes, controls, and overall program performance.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support internal or customer audits as required.
