Job summary

Serco is seeking a Program Finance Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced team to manage full life-cycle program finances. The role requires multitasking, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with financial systems and data warehouses, with emphasis on communication and learning across contract types.

The position supports multiple projects, including EACs and customer deliverables, under general supervision. Hybrid work options available from US offices; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• A Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of general and corporate business practices, government contracting regulations and principles, and accounting and finance principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team with high professional standards.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide cost, schedule and funding planning, reporting, monitoring and analysis support to Program Managers including WBS/BOEs and development of time-phased budgets/EACs.
• Support accounts receivable during billing processing and provide invoice backup when required.
• Monitor billing status and unbilled issues and coordinate with Contracts, Accounting and PMO to resolve.
• Oversee preparation of subcontractor and vendor accruals per GAAP/IFRS and internal policies.
• Support monthly business rhythms of program and finance organizations and participate in meetings.
