Job summary

GM Defense seeks a seasoned Program Finance Analyst to monitor, analyze, and forecast financial performance for current and future programs. You will maintain EACs, drive revenue and cost expectations, and support decision-making for profitability with strong collaboration across functions.

You will develop baselines, manage cost and schedule forecasts, and produce regular financial reports for leadership, leveraging SAP, Hyperion, and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in program finance or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting concepts and ASC 606.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain program forecasts (EACs, rolling forecasts, P&L, cash flow).
• Develop baselines and plans accounting for changes and revenue recognition.
• Monitor variance analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and ad-hoc analyses for leadership.
